Loving Father of James (Cindy) Hooker of Iroquois Falls, Grace (David) Seguin of Pinewood, Cheryl (John Barkauskas) Hooker of Grand Bend, and Michelle (Guy) Anania of Cambridge. Cherished Grandfather of Hope (Dustin Hadley) Bourgeois, Mathew (Lindsay Fletcher) Bourgeois, Chance (Mathieu Charette) Hooker, Scott Hooker, Nicole (Brian) Seguin, Mitchel (Tasha) Seguin, Connor Barkauskas, Owen Barkauskas, Noah Anania, and Téa Anania and beloved Great Grandfather of Charlie Seguin. Jack is also survived by his Sisters; Marjorie, Rita, Ramona, Patricia, and Louise. He was predeceased by his Parents David and Winifred Hooker and his Sister Barbara. As per John's request, cremation has taken place. A Graveside service will be held in Pickle Lake, ON in the summer of 2016.
