It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing at the Anson General Hospital on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at the age of 75. Loving Husband of Aurore (nee Foucault) and dear father of Diane Rodrigue of Iroquois Falls, Denis Rodrigue of Hearst, Chantal (Rob) Knox of Englehart, and Nancy (Dean) Hack of Englehart. Loving grandfather of Tori Rodrigue of Iroquois Falls, Tanya Knox of Val Gagné, Cora-Dawn Knox of Englehart, Daniel Knox of Englehart, Lyle Hack of Englehart, and Morgan Hack of Englehart. He will be fondly remembered by his siblings; Lucia (the Late Léo) Fecteau of Thetford Mines, P.Q., Albert (Rejeanne) Rodrigue of St. Méthode, P.Q., Lucille (the Late Jean Claude) Drouin of Sherbrooke, P.Q., and Damien (Thérèse) Rodrigue of Thetford Mines, P.Q. Paul also leaves behind his sister-in-laws; Marguerite Rodrigue and Claudette Rodrigue as well as his brother-in-laws; Lucien Roy and Daniel Martineau. He was predeceased by his parents Alfred and Cora Rodrigue, and his siblings Anna (Polycarpe) Veilleux, Joseph Rodrigue, Marie-Ange Rodrigue, Alice Roy, Rita Martineau, Gilles (Aline) Rodrigue, Raymond Rodrigue and Jean Louis Rodrigue. Visitation was held at Abitibi Funeral Services on Friday, August 29, 2008 from 2:30- 6:00 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service in the chapel with the Reverend Father Roland Lapalme officiating. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Diane Rodrigue Fund and would be appreciated by the family.
