In Loving Memory of Mr. Philippe Séguin June 25, 1929 – April 27, 2019 It is with great sadness that the family announces his peaceful passing in his sleep on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the age of 89 years. Beloved husband of almost 68 years of Jacqueline (nee Grummett). Loving and always caring father of Jim (Marilyn Cada) King-Séguin, Sheila (Larry Lanctot) Séguin and Dan (Brad) Attwood-Séguin. Cherished Granddad of Jonathon King-Séguin, Nicholas, Jacqueline, and Catherine Lanctot, and Matthieu and Claudia Lagacé-Séguin. He was a special grandparent to Jordan Cada, and Noah and Jake Attwood. Phil is also survived by his brothers Rosaire and Cecil Séguin. He was an Uncle to many Séguin, Snell, Lowes and Grummett nieces and nephews and will be especially missed by Ron (Gail) Séguin and Willy (Nancy) Séguin. Phil was a dear friend to many including Ron and Louise Beaudoin, Roger and Ann Levert, Ken and Anda Alexander, Ruth (Claire) Jennings and many more who have previously passed. He was predeceased by his parents Théode and Donalda Seguin, and his siblings; Wilfred, Philisa, Aimé-Rose, Aldege, Bill, Marie, Yvonne, Léa and Florence. Phil especially enjoyed family time, fishing, hunting, berry picking, renovating his home, working and spending time outdoors. His quick sense of humour and always generous, kind ways will be forever missed, but live on in our memories. In keeping with Phil’s wishes there will be no service.
