It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kenneth “Ken” Raymond Bell in his 61st year surrounded by his family at Norfolk General Hospital on Sunday December 3rd, 2017. He has left us to join his Father Kenneth Ramsey Bell (Sr.), and his twin sister Kathy Riegert.

A devoted father of Nicole Fedoriuk, Ken Bell Jr., (Summer), Cody Bell, and Ashley Bell.

He is survived by his mother Elaine Welden, and siblings Mike Bell (Valarie), Pat Tapper, Barbara Morgan (Bruce), Marion Townsend (Randy), Debbie Bell, Brian Bell (Leslie), and his brother in law Rick Riegert.

He leaves behind 2 granddaughters, and first grandson who is expected to arrive in January.

Ken will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Ken enjoyed the simplistic pleasures in life like the outdoors, camping, biking, spending time with his family, and his three dogs. He often put others before himself and spent his free time lending a hand to anyone who needed it.
