Peacefully, at West Haldimand General Hospital, Hagersville on Wednesday July 25, 2018, on the eve of her 95th birthday. Wife of the late Keith Phibbs (1996). Beloved mother of Harley and Carole of Matheson, Lynda and Jack Roberts of Hagersville and Peggy and Bob Scott of Port Dover. Loving grandmother of Kelly and Grant Stuart, Jeff Roberts, Connie Oulette (late Yvan), Larry and Sherri Phibbs, Carrie McMillan and Derek LaPlante, Rob Scott, Holly and Ryan Rigg and the late Gerry Phibbs. Also survived by 18 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Sister in law of Blanche Phibbs, Tom and Marlene Phibbs, Bill and Helen Phibbs and Eileen Doughty. Predeceased by her siblings Hilda Robinson, Charles Meade, Florence Duxbury, Helen Bundy, Gordon Meade and Ruth Cruise.
