Beloved father of Kathy Evans of Cayuga, Michael and Janet of Smiths Falls and Wesley and Beverly of Dunnville. Loving grandfather of Corey (Sarah) Evans, Jennelle Evans, Nicole (Stan) Rutherford, Duncan Carpenter (Stephanie), Angela Fleming (Charles), David Carpenter, Victoria (Ryan) Maxwell. Great grandfather of Natalie Maxwell and Duane Carpenter. Predeceased by grandson Duane Evans and brother Donald Carpenter. At Bill's request, cremation has taken place.
