CAMPBELL, Andrew Grant (Andy) Andy Campbell, born on December 12, 1946 in Renfrew, Ontario, passed away suddenly on April 2, 2017, in Arnprior, Ontario, surrounded by family and friends. Andy was a husband, father, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, grandfather, friend and adventurer. He loved the Ottawa River and the Valley where he boated, snowmobiled and entertained with fine gourmet meals at his cottage in Castleford, Ontario. Andy began his career in 1967 working on the Polar Ice Shelf and remained in the far North for the next 25 years with Bradley Air Services and then First Air. Leaving the North, he joined NAV CANADA where he later became Vice-President of Customer and Commercial Services. Deeply missed by his loving wife and best friend Maria, his devoted daughter Alex (Chris), his stepchildren David, Monica (Pierre), his grandson Charles, his siblings Bill (Sandee), David (Brenda), Cathy (Barry) and Don (Jayne). Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews who loved him deeply. He was predeceased by his parents Jean and George Campbell. Andy will be forever remembered for his generosity and his heart of gold. His true joy was in helping family and friends and embracing their happiness. A Celebration of Life will be held April 29, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Canadian Golf & Country Club, 7800 Golf Club Way, Ashton, Ontario.
