FILLATOR, Bernard Lawrence “Bernie” June 27, 1937 – June 19, 2018 Peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital. Beloved husband of Sandra (nee Gardner). Loving father of Brent (Debbie), Donna Owen (Douglas) and Blake (Amanda). Proud grandfather of Danny, Jesse, Alexandria, Kaleb, the late Jared, Chance, Tiffany, Logan and Seth. Great-grandfather of Sophia, Delaney and Adrianna. Dear brother of Freda Allen (Herb), and brother-in-law of Flora Vallee (Paul), and the late Betty Campbell (Harvey). Son of the late Lawrence and Isabel Fillator. Bernie will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. At Bernie’s request, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. Special thanks to the wonderful staff of the Dialysis Unit at Renfrew Victoria Hospital, and for the kindness and care of the Neurosciences Unit at the Ottawa Civic Hospital in the passing of our dear husband and father. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dialysis Unit at Renfrew Victoria Hospital would be appreciated by the family.Obituary
