TYTLER, Doreen (nee Sinclair) Oct. 16, 1938 – April 24, 2018 Peacefully at Bonnechere Manor in Renfrew. Born Winlaton Mill, Co. Durham, UK to George Sinclair and Annie Graham. Much loved wife of Robert D. Tytler. Loving mother to daughters Jenny Gibbons (Dale) and Julia Shannon (Brian). She adored her 4 grandchildren Katie Gibbons, the late Scott Gibbons (2014), Holly Shannon and Neal Gibbons. Sister-in-law to Rob and Ann Borrowdale. Doreen lived in Renfrew for over 52 years and made many dear friends, especially her “sisters,” the McLaren girls. She will be remembered by her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Many thanks to Dr. Pinard and the wonderful caring nurses and PSWs at the Bonnechere Manor. Visiting at McPhail & Perkins Funeral Home, 85 Munroe Ave. E., Renfrew on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Trinity-St. Andrew’s United Church on Friday at 11 a.m. Inurnment at Thomsonville Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Bonnechere Manor Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
