With sadness the family announces that Edna passed away peacefully at Groves Park Lodge in Renfrew, Ontario at the age of 94, on January 11, 2021. Predeceased by her husband Martin Paton, her son William Burgess, her parents Harold and Mary (MacGregor) Reynolds, as well as her siblings Donald (Orpha), Gordon (Marg), Archie (Arlie), David and Kathleen (Jack Flemming). Survived by her son Murray Burgess (Helen) as well as her daughter-in-law Gail Burgess all of Renfrew, also her sister Joyce (Ronald Hollywood) of Sharbot Lake, as well as her brothers Murray (Sharon) of Beansville, John (Diane) of Sharbot Lake. Edna adored her Grandchildren, Sandi (Stephan Laveault) of Smith Falls, Terri (Trevor Honigman) of Vernon, B.C., Robbie Burgess of Renfrew, and Andrew Burgess (Sylvie) of Ottawa. Great-Grandmother of Michael (Ashley) Laveault of Kingston, Kyle Laveault of Smith Falls, Meghan Townley of Vernon B.C., Fiona Burgess of Ottawa. She also has two Great-Great-Grandchildren, Dean and Evanly Laveault of Kingston. Professional Services have been entrusted to the care of Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew.
