Francis Xavier Murack Killaloe, Ontario Obituary

Francis Xavier Murack

MURACK, Frank Frank passed away peacefully at Groves Park Lodge on Friday, November 3, 2017, in his 86th year after a sudden turn of health. Frank was born and raised in the Ottawa Valley. He started his career as a lumber jack working with his brothers at a logging camp and eventually ended up to be what he was most remembered as - the Singer Sewing man from Shawville to Arnprior, Carp, Renfrew and many places in between! Frank loved his family, his nieces and nephews, camping, singing by a fire and he could always be counted on to be there when you needed him – even if it was just to fix your sewing machine!! He will be so sadly missed by his children - Mark (Wendy) and Marilyn (Wayne) and by his grand children Derek and Lauren (Michael), and his great-grand daughter Lilah, who never got a chance to be spoiled by her great grandfather. He will also be greatly missed by his only surviving brother Tony (Ann) and many nieces and nephews who he loved dearly. Predeceased by his parents Francis and Paul Murack, siblings Ambrose (Monica), Joe (Dorothy), Paul (Pearl) and John (late Lois). The family welcomes you to attend the visitation at McPhail & Perkins Funeral Home, (85 Munroe Ave. E., Renfrew,) on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 7 – 9 PM., and on Friday from 10 – 10:45 AM. A Funeral Service will be held in the McPhail & Perkins Chapel at 11 AM on Friday. In keeping with Frank’s wishes to further the Gospel of Jesus Christ, donations to Christian Victory Church (520 Brealey Dr., Peterborough, ON K9K 2R7) at www.cvchurch.ca via the Online Giving link in lieu of flowers would be appreciated
