Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 in his 80th year. Husband of Irene Doth (Lazinskie) for 50 years. Son of the late Wilfred and Donalda (Ouimet) Doth of Maxville. Survived by Stella Metchalfe (late Harvey), Vanita MacDonald (late Ronald), Claire Besner (late Bruno), Claude Doth (Doreen) and sister in law Loretta Enright (Cyril). Predeceased by his nephew Dean Enright. He will be dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews. Gilles will always be remembered for his life time work as a Principal in the Ottawa Separate Schools. He truly loved his time spent in school. Professional services entrusted to the care of Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday July 22, 2019 at St. James The Less Roman Catholic Church, Eganville at 11am. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery.
