WARREN, Hazel Anne (nee Strong) Passed away peacefully at Renfrew Hospice on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Dale Warren. Loving mother to Kevin Wagner, Rae Ann (Sue) Wagner-White and Keith (Anne-Marie) Wagner. Proud Grandma to Brian, Andrea, Chris, Jon, Andrew, Lacy, Chantel and Jasmine as well as her much loved great-grandchildren. Hazel will be sadly missed by her many friends. Family will receive friends at St. Andrew’s United Church, Matawatchan, on Monday, December 4 from 10 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. A Memorial Service will follow in the Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment of ashes will take place in the Spring. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Renfrew or St. Andrew’s United Church would be appreciated by the family.
