Jean Cooke (nee Hamilton) Passed away peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of the late Ed Cooke. Loving mother of Chris (Marianne) and Kerry. Proud grandmother of Sam and Charlie. Cherished sister of Helen Anderson (Wardie). Predeceased by her brothers Bill (Dawn) and Bob (late Loretta). Special friend of Rosemary Cooke and the late Christine Cooke. Jean will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation at McPhail & Perkins Funeral Home, 85 Munro Ave. E., (at Lorne St.) Renfrew on Thursday, August 18, 2011 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Thomsonville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation or the Ottawa Hospital Foundation-General Campus ICU would be appreciated by the family.Obituary
