Surrounded by her family at Marionhill in Pembroke on November 4th, 2019 in her 65th year. Joan (nee Resmer), of Eganville and beloved wife of Christopher “Chris” Green. Loving mother of Clinton (Jennifer) Askwith, Amanda (Wayne) Clarke and Suzanne (Dawson) Green and loving Grandmother of Rianna and Gabrielle. Joan is survived as a sister to Caroline (Clarence) Byers, Judy (late Ranous) Schroeder, Wayne (Margo) (late Jean) Resmer, Karl Resmer (Rita), Linda (Howard) Boland, Lois (late Walter) Boru, the late Gerald (late Bernice) Resmer, late Stanley (late Dorothy) Resmer and late Orville (late Ena) Resmer and predeceased by her parents the late Hilda and Herb Resmer. Joan will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive condolences from 10 - 11am on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Augsburg, immediately followed by a memorial service and inurnment in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Marianhill Foundation or The Canadian Cancer Society, would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
