On October 29th, 2019, on a beautiful sunny autumn day, Joe Shirley of Renfrew passed away peacefully at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital with his family by his side. Joe is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 52 years, Linda., his two daughters Jennifer (Todd) and Tiffany (Tim), two grandchildren Ethan and Avery and his brother Ivan. As per Joe’s wishes, a private Celebration of his Life will be held following cremation. Memorial donations can be made in Joe’s name to the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation. A very special thank you to the paramedics, Emergency Room staff, the 2nd Floor Nursing Staff and the doctors at Renfrew Victoria Hospital for their amazing compassion and care. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to McPhail & Perkins Funeral Home, 85 Munroe Avenue E., Renfrew.
