McFARLANE, Murray Stewart Peacefully at Bonnechere Manor on Thursday, April 13, 2017, in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of the late Jean Wheeler. Loving father of Campbell of Scotch Bush and the late Robert. Proud grandfather of Lisa, Michelle, Jamie, Robbie and Sandra. Dear brother of Dean (late Wynona), Jessie Andrews (late Irwin), and Eva McKee (late Archie), and brother-in-law of Donnie and DeeDee Whitmore. Predeceased by his brothers Campbell (late Shirley), Don (Minerva), and Dave (late Minnie). Survived by his great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. Visiting at McPhail & Perkins Funeral Home, 85 Munroe Ave. E., Renfrew on Sunday, April 16, 2017 from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m., and on Monday from 10 - 10:45 a.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday at 11 a.m. Interment at Douglas Public Cemetery in the spring. The family wishes to thank the staff at Bonnechere Manor for taking such wonderful care of Dad. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Bonnechere Manor Foundation would be appreciated.
