GREEN, Ruth E. J. (nee Heggart) Passed away peacefully at Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Monday, September 3, 2012 at the age of 87, with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Howard Green. Loving mother of Sheila Stiles (Charles), Linda Green (Roy Brown), and the late Douglas. Proud grandmother of 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson. Loving aunt of David Green. Dear sister of Steve Heggart, Eunice Stevens (Murl), Lois LaPierre (late Alton), and Elsie Burgess (Norris). Predeceased by her brothers Wilfred, Eric and Stewart. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Resting at McPhail & Perkins Funeral Home, 85 Munro Ave. E., Renfrew on Friday September 7, 2012 from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday September 8 from 2:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 3 p.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Renfrew Victoria Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
