Albert “Al” Lorne Hedley, of Kincardine and formerly of Greenock Township, passed away at London Health Sciences Centre-Victoria Hospital, on Friday, December 08, 2017, in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Margaret Hedley (née Johnson). Cherished father of Dennis Hedley of Willow Beach, Susan Hedley of Toronto and Bruce (Alison Tatum) Hedley of Kincardine. Loved grandfather of Melissa, Rachel and Simone. Dear brother of Jackie (Goldie) Emerson of London, David (Gloria) Hedley of Belgrave and Marjorie (Garry) Krikorian of Guelph Missed by brothers-in-law Murray (Jean) Johnson, Bob Johnson, Brian (Gail) Johnson, Don Johnson, sisters-in-law Anne Hall, Lillian (Robert) Cottrill, Leigh (Gary) Remington and Cathy Tang. Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Aileen Hedley (née Hodgins), nephew Kevin Emerson, brother-in-law Gary Tang, sister-in-law Eleanor Johnson. The funeral service will be held at the Davidson Centre, 601 Durham St, Kincardine, on Sunday December 17 at 1:30 p.m. with a celebration of life to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Bervie United Church, Kinloss Community Centre, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
