Anthony Dunn

Dunn, Anthony of Inverhuron, and formerly of Windsor, age 73 after a brief struggle with pancreatic cancer. Born in Scotland, Tony qualified as a Mechanical Engineer prior to immigrating to Canada with his family to work at Ford. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Tony held his black-belt in Tae Kwon Do, as well as having a passion for golf. Upon his retirement, Tony moved to Inverhuron where he greatly enjoyed golfing at Somerhill, doing the daily cryptic crossword, and working on making the perfect golf club. Tony was the proud father of Caroline (Paul), Nick (Liz), and Jennifer, and proud grandfather of Claire, Robbie, and Alexandra. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Tony’s life to be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, 757 Princess St., Kincardine, on Sunday November 2, 2008 from 12-2 p.m. Words of Remembrance will be shared at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tony’s name may be made to the Humane Society.
