McKenzie, Dolores Elizabeth Ann (née Marklevitz), of Kincardine, passed away peacefully at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre-Kincardine, on Thursday, August 13, 2015 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late William “Ross” (2004). Dear mother of Alex (Brenda) of Walkerton, Freda (Lynn) Courtney of Ripley, Sharlene (Rick) Cain of Ottawa, Randy of Kincardine, Debbie (Joe) Hartwick of Fort St.John,B.C., Carol Ann (Ron) Middelkamp of Kincardine, Grant (Lynda) of Creemore and Denise (John) Sweeney of Kincardine. Loving grandmother of 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild to be. Cherished sister of Valda (Harold) of Castlegar, B.C., Edith (late Archie) of Huron Kinloss and George (Barb) of Wingham. Predeceased by daughters, Catherine McKenzie and Hilda Phelan, parents Ruth and Will Marklevitz, brother Nelson and sister Marie. A private graveside service will be held on Friday, August 21, 2015 for family and close friends. Interment, Kincardine Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation may be made as expressions of sympathy.
