Matheson, Donald Robert, of RR#3 Wiarton and formerly of Tiverton, at Grey Bruce Health Services-Wiarton, on Tuesday, October 4, 2011, in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Ruth Matheson (née McDougall). Survived by his sons Dan (Kym) and Ken (Shane) and his daughters Lorna (John) Freeburn and Annie (Rob) Roy. Sadly missed by ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Also survived by his sister-in-law Ruth Matheson and his brother-in-law Keith (Jean) Surridge. Predeceased by his brother Johnny, sister-in-law Grace Surridge, grandson Jordan Freeburn and his parents Jack and Donelda (McKenzie) Matheson. Visitation at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, 757 Princes Street, Kincardine, ON, N2Z 1Z5, 519-396-2701, on Thursday October 6, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. where the funeral will be held on Friday, October 7, at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Tiverton Cemetery.
