Dr. Louis Joseph Tusz

Dr. Louis Joseph Tusz, of Kincardine, passed away suddenly in Owen Sound at Lee Manor Home for the Aged on Thursday, November 26th in his 72nd year. Lou was the beloved husband of Bette (Bolton), his wife of 51 years. Dr. Tusz was a family physician in Kincardine from 1973. He was diagnosed with Pick's Disease five years ago, and moved to Lee Manor two years ago. He is sadly missed by his three children, Terry (Harv Whitmell), Margaret (Eric Tusz-King) and Louis (Gail Tusz), and by his grandchildren, Simon and Emma Whitmell, Sam and Michael Ginther, and Roland, Carl, Claire and Marina Tusz. Louis was predeceased by his parents, Lajos and Erma Tusz, and by his sister, Irma Tusz. He is survived by his brothers, Ken Tusz of Calgary AB and Delworth Tusz of Victoria BC. Visitation at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Friday, December 11, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held at the Kincardine United Church, on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m., with a reception to follow. Interment, Kincardine Cemetery. Memorial donations to the London Health Sciences Centre Foundation or to the Kincardine United Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
