Earl Quinn, of Kincardine, at London Health Sciences Centre-Victoria Hospital, on Thursday, July 16, 2009 in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Della Quinn (Johnston) (née Powell). Predeceased by his first wife Mildred (née Ibbotson). Dear father of Bill Quinn of Bracebridge. Dear step-father of Leonard (Yvonne Marie) Johnston of Meaford, Joan (Steve) Winter of Goderich, Ron (Janice) Johnston of Michigan, Sherry (Alex) West of Ilderton, Lynne LaValley of Ferndale and Shelly Stanley of Thunder Bay. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Keith (Nathalie) Johnston, Amy (Phil) Handsor, Mike (Trish) Smith, Mark (Karen) Smith, Garrett West and Evan West and his great-grandchildren Emma Handsor and Tanner Smith. Dear brother of Muriel Newton of Kincardine, Lloyd (Beatrice) Quinn of Kincardine, Trevor (Sandra) Quinn of Wasaga Beach, Margaret (Wesley) Smith of Ripley and Edythe Cayley of Teeswater. Predeceased by his brother Harold Quinn and sisters Evelyn Murdock and Eloise Payne and brothers-in-law Gordon Newton, William Murdock and Ross Cayley. Also survived by his sister-in-law Joyce Quinn of Kincardine and brother-in-law Peter Payne of Erin. Visitation at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Monday July 20, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Don Harry officiating. Interment, Kincardine Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Lung Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
