Edna Moore

Edna Mae Ellen Moore (née DeGroat), of Kincardine, at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre - Kincardine, on Thursday, May 20, 2010 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Wesley Moore. Dear mother of Rose Soberquist of Alberta, Gord Moore of Strathroy, John and his wife Doris Moore of Fordwich, Ron Moore of Strathroy, Ellen and her husband Terry Weber of Kincardine, Mary Story of Sarnia, Joe Moore of Kincardine and Debbie and her husband Jack Bedard of Kincardine. Special friend of Richard Storey. Sadly missed by 24 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and a great-great-grand-daughter. Survived by her daughter-in-law Shirley Moore of Strathroy. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son Michael Moore and her brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Saturday, May 22, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Sharon Lohnes officiating. Interment, Strathroy Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society and the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
