Hayes, Jean (née) McDougall), of R.R.#1 Tiverton, at her residence, on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at the age of 76 years. Beloved wife of Sam Hayes. Dear mother Bill (Donna) Hayes of Kinloss, Barb (Dave) Lippert of Amherstburg, Gordon Hayes (Grace Worden) of Inverhuron, Kevin (Kerri) Hayes of R.R.#2 Tiverton, and Sandra Hayes-Teeple (Ron Teeple) of R.R.#2 Paisley. Sadly missed by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a daughter Beverley in infancy and a sister Wilda MacKinnon. Also survived by six brothers-in-law Russell MacKinnon, Earl, James, Burton, Alvery and Harold Hayes and a sister-in-law Marie Wonch and predeceased by Nathanial, William John, Charles, Agnes Bushell, George, Beatrice Nivins, Nellie, Nelson and Alice Hayes. Visitation will be held at Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church-Tiverton, on Saturday, June 2 at 1:00 p.m., with Rev. Wendy Lampman officiating. Interment, Kincardine Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
