Holmes, Kathleen Joan “Kay” (née Turner) of Kincardine at her residence on Saturday, September 25, 2010 in her 74th year. Beloved wife of Jack Holmes. Dear mother of Clifford Holmes of Chatham, Valerie (Andrew) Stopford of Ripley and Kenneth (Lisa) Holmes of Kingston. Loving grandmother of Michael, Mark, Steven, Melissa, Robert, Nicole & Jessica and several great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by her brother David Turner of Brampton. Predeceased by her parents Albert and Annie (née Ostepchuk) Turner, a brother George Turner and a sister-in-law Luzia Turner. Visitation will be held at Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Monday from 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Peter Stopford officiating. Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
