Laurie June Daniel, of Kincardine, passed away peacefully at South Bruce Grey Health Centre – Kincardine, on Sunday, February 28, 2010, at the age of 53. Loving mother of Tawny and Shannon. Beloved daughter of Charles and June Daniel of Kincardine. Dear sister of Tom Daniel (Joan Kenny) of Whitby and James Daniel of Kincardine. Sadly missed by her many friends and loving extended family, especially Wilma and Arnold Stadig of Kincardine – beloved guardians of Tawny and Shannon. Visitation at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral will be held at the Kincardine United Church on Friday, March 5, at 1:00 p.m., with Rev. Ray Luinstra officiating. Spring interment, Kincardine Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Huron Heights Home & School Association or Sleeping Children Around the World would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
