Lynn Russell Reid, of Point Clark, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 9, 2017 in his 65th year. Cherished father of Jason (Lyndsay) Reid of Kincardine. Loving grandfather of Ella & Macy Reid. Beloved son of Margaret Reid (née Orr) of Ripley and the late Leonard Reid. Missed by brother Brian (Diane) Reid of Ripley and sister Shirley (Bruce) Colwell of Lucknow. Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 from 2 - 4 and 7 – 9 p.m.. The funeral service will take place at the Pine River United Church on Wednesday, April 19, at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Vicki Johnson officiating. Interment, Pine River United Church Cemetery. Memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation or Ripley Minor Hockey Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
