Gibson, Maie (nee Karner) of Kincardine, at her residence, on Sunday, September 23, 2007, at the age of 56. Beloved wife of the late Larry Gibson. Dear mother of Randy (Jennifer) Gibson of Kincardine, Jamie (Randy) Rumbold of Kincardine, and Melissa Gibson (Mike Gouveia) of Toronto. Loving grandmother of Cale and Caydence Gibson, and Rachel Rumbold. Cherished daughter of Heljo Karner of St. Catharines. Sadly missed by her brothers, Matti (Marj) Karner, Tonu (Lynn) Karner and Alex(Judy) Karner, all of Niagara Falls, and brother-in-law, Donnie Reid of Thorold. Predeceased by her father, Jaan Karner and sister Hilda Reid. Visitation will be held at Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Kincardine United Church on Thursday, September 27, 2007, at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Peter Stopford officiating. Interment, Kincardine Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
