Mayes, Marjorie Dorothy (née Miller) of Kincardine at Braemar Retirement Centre in Wingham on Sunday, November 6, 2011 in her 94th year. Dear mother of Jack Mayes of Innisfil and Jane (Wayne) Peachman of Kincardine. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Douglas Mayes (Liz), Kathy Coates (Robert), Glen Mayes (Bobbie-Jo), Donald Mayes (Theresa), Carolyn McCarthy (Mike), Larissa Wingate (Steve), Todd Wingate, Louise Edwards (Dean) and Len Miller (JoAnna), and sixteen great grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Ed Mayes, sons Ronald and James Mayes, granddaughter Patti Mayes, her daughter-in-law Kathleen Mayes as well as brothers Eldon and Robert Miller. Visitation will be held at Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Saturday, November 12, 2011 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Marian Raynard officiating.
