Patrick “Pat” Frank Farr, of Kincardine, passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Mary Farr (née Shanley). Dear father of Colin Farr (Patti) of London, Derek Farr (Deb) of Kincardine and Andrew Farr (Marnie) of Courtice. Missed by grandchildren, Alyssa, Christopher, Tanner, Danika, Brittany, Jacy and Cody. Also survived by his sisters Kathleen Showler (Gordon) and Frances Leonard, members of the Shanley family and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Leonard and Vera (née Kelly) Farr and brother-in-law Iver Leonard. Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine, on Saturday, March 18th, 2017 from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. followed by the memorial service celebrating Pat’s life at 2:00 p.m. Final resting place, Kincardine Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
