Phyllis Irene Shelton (née Davey), of Kincardine, at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre-Kincardine on Saturday, July 11, 2009 in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Herb Shelton. Dear mother of Betty-Ann (Norm) MacArthur and Wayne (Lorraine) Shelton, all of Kincardine. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Jamie (Jodi) MacArthur, Joey MacArthur, Reggie MacArthur (Grace Gonzales), Andrew Shelton and Kayla Shelton and her great-grandchildren Alex, Trent and Chase MacArthur. Loving sister of Helen Slesser of Ripley, Reginald “June” (Lois) Davey of Kincardine, Bert (Ruth) Davey of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, and Ron (Betty) Davey of London. Predeceased by her brothers Lawrence, Les and Owen Davey and her brother-in-law Jack Slesser. Also survived by her sister-in-law Effie Davey of Kincardine. Visitation at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, July 14, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Kenneth Craig officiating. Interment, Kincardine Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Kincardine Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
