Russell Elwood McTeer, of Waterloo and formerly of Tiverton, passed away in Waterloo on Thursday, September 22, 2016 in his 91st year. Dear father of Wayne (Linda) McTeer of Cookstown, Joan (Don) Gehl of Waterloo, Sharron (George) Smart of Kitchener, Douglas (Pam) McTeer of Lindsay and Paul (Darlene) McTeer of London. Missed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his wives, Elsie McTeer (née Bonnett) and Catherine McTeer (née Grant), 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Private family arrangements entrusted to the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine. Interment Tiverton Cemetery. Memorial donations to the C.N.I.B (Canadian National Institute for the Blind) would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
