Blakely, William Wallace “Bill” formerly of Bruce Township passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre-Kincardine on January 26, 2011 in his 96th year. Dear father of Bea (John) Mosqueda of Harrison Township, Michigan and Colleen Hemers of Windsor. Sadly missed by grandchildren Marc, Connie, Cindy and Julieann, and by his great grandchildren Elizabeth, Shaelyn, Julieanne, Justin, Mitchell, Jill, Emily, Erin and Jack. Predeceased by his wife Eva (née Brunton), a son Maurice in infancy, a son-in-law Frank Hemers, a brother Clarence and a sister Lois New. Visitation will be held at Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Sunday from 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Dennis Cluley and Rev. Rob Hiscox officiating. Spring interment, Tiverton Cemetery. Memorial donations to C.N.I.B. or Knox Presbyterian Church-Tiverton would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
