Finn, Michael James April 9, 1926 - January 30, 2020 Michael James Finn, in his 94th year, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Providence Care Hospital. Devoted husband of the late Teresa Lawlor and loving father of James (Lynne), Hugh (Shelley), Mary Winton (Bruce), Ann Bortolotti (Barry), Peter (Debra), Michael. Dear grandfather of Barbara Morrison (Andrew), Pamela Kobylinski (Zachary), Dale (Glen), Carrie LeClaire (Mike), Connie Finn-Hobbs (Brian), Laura Schumaker (Tate), Kailey Winton-Saliken (Dave), Quinlan Winton, Julie Bortolotti, Carol Yates (Chris), Kathleen Heinold (Chris), Jacob, Chelsea Murray (Brett), Mitchell and Alyson. Cherished great grandfather of Callum, Taten and Beatrix Morrison, Desmond, Miles and Keagan Kobylinski, Taylor LeClaire, Carter, Paige and Kennedy Hobbs, Noah and Parker Schumaker, Solène Saliken, Jackson Heinold, Tessa Murray and Austin Yates. Beloved brother-in-law of Marion Hogan. He will be missed greatly by his loving nieces, nephews and neighbours. Born into a farming family in Enterprise, ON, Mike was the youngest son of the late Joseph and Agnes Finn (nee Evans). He was a dear brother of the late Hugh, John, Patrick, Bernice, Beatrice Smith and Mary McKenna. Mike and Teressa raised their family on a dairy farm in Bath, ON. The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Gary Osborne and Dr. Michael Leveridge who provided Mike with exceptional care over the years. Thank you to the wonderful staff at the South East LHIN, Royale Place Retirement Residence and Providence Care Hospital - Palliative Care Unit for their care and compassion. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home, 980 Collins Bay Road, Kingston, on Friday, February 7, 2020 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 7:00 – 9:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 8 at St. Linus Catholic Church, Bath, at 11:00 am, followed by the interment.
