Reid-MacGowan, Beryl (nee Wilson): Passed away on Friday, October 20, 2017 at K-W Campus of Grand River Hospital at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Clarence Reid. Loving mother of Clare Reid (Jim Van Kessel) and Blake (Lorie) Reid. Cherished grandmother of Andrew, James, Brodie (Liz), Tatum (Frazer) and Dalton and great-grandmother to Gabriella and Talan. Sister of Doug (Diane) Wilson. Dear friend of Cecil Moore of Brussels. She was a former employee of the Waterloo District School Board as well as a devoted Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Unit of Guelph General Hospital. Beryl's family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 12-12:45 p.m. with the Memorial Service to follow in the chapel at 1 p.m. Cremation has taken place and future interment Memory Gardens Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
