Remus, Dieter Paul: Passed away peacefully but unexpectedly at home with his loving wife by his side, on Friday, April 21st, 2017 at the age of 83. Loving husband of Joan for 54 years. Much loved father of Richard (Heather), Heather (Jesus), Karen, and Melodie (Steve). Cherished Opa of Brittany, Courtnay and Taryn, Alicia, Alejandro, Carlos, Arsenio, and Emilio, Shawn, Frank, Keri-lynn, Shane, and Daniel, Lucas, Angelina, and Noah. Proud great Opa of Hudson, Hunter, Alexandra, Teanna, Tessa, and Natalie. Dieter will be fondly remembered by all his family and friends. Dieter's family will receive relatives and friends from 1:00 pm - 2:45 pm on Tuesday, April 25th, 2017 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467, where a funeral service will be held in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
