Passed away peacefully with her family at her side, at the Sunnyside Home, on Monday, November 12, 2007 at the age of 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Manuel Fonseca. Loving mother of Alice Da Silva(the late Felix), Manuel (Lucia), Domingos (Bernardette), Armanda Pereira (Manuel), Jose (Maria Joao), Alzira Pereira (Jose), Luisa Brum (the late Fernando), Bernardette Rosa (Valdemar), Francisco (Leonilde), Filomena Ventura (Francisco). She will be missed by her 30 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. Maria-Ines is survived by her only sibling Manuel Ribeiro from the Azores. Predeceased by her parents, Francisco and Alzira Ribeiro. Maria-Ines's family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Tuesday (today) from 3-5 & 7-9 pm with Parish prayers at 8:30 pm. Prayers will be offered in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 9:30 am then transfer will be made to St. Joseph's RC Church (148 Madison Ave. Kitchener) for Maria-Ines's Funeral Mass at 10 am. Interment Williamsburg Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
