It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Randy Thomas Vivian on February 26, 2019 due to a tragic car accident. Randy is remembered as the beloved husband and fishing partner of Sally Bredin Vivian, son of Norm Vivian and the late Fran Gurney, bonus son of Ron Gurney and Ken Brown, devoted father of Steven (Jessica) and Michael and loving dad of Lisa and Bob. Cherished papa of Sallyjane, Fiona, Davin and Tommy, great papa of Marshall. Loving brother of Norma (Bill predeceased), Rob (Coleen), Rick (Christine) and Eric (Kylea) and brother-in-law of Sid and Janet. Remembered fondly by Lyse, nieces, nephews, friends, colleagues and many more. Randy was a remarkable man who enjoyed the simple things in life, good company and laughter. He was an avid fisherman and a big fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs. He was a man that found the good in every situation, a rock when you needed him and a best friend. Randy's personality and good nature will be truly missed by so many. To pay tribute to Randy, please join us for a Celebration of Life on March 23, 2019 at Celebrations, 35 Lindsay Street North, Lindsay. The family will share some fond memories starting at 12:00 pm followed by a reception until 3:00pm. Toronto Maples Leaf and casual attire are encouraged.
