On Thursday, September 6, 2012, Dr. Frank J. Phillips, at the age of 88 years. Beloved husband of Mary Joyce (Bak) Phillips of Maitland. Dear father of sons James (Julia) and David Phillips, and daughter Susan Phillips. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Hayley and Molly. He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Isabella (Fraser) Phillips, and by sisters Janet Tufford-McGibbon and Margaret Eland. Family and friends are invited to a ceremony in celebration of Frank's life at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 11th at the Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland.
