With great sadness Bill's family announces that he passed away peacefully with family by his side on January 19, 2016 at Kingston General Hospital. Beloved husband of Diane. Devoted father to Kirin Hart of Turner Valley, AB, Daniel Harvey, and Thomas Harvey (Tanya) all of Wembley, AB. Cherished Poppa to Ethan. Beloved son of Bill and Marie Hart and brother of David (Bernadette) all of Kingston. Son-in-law of Ivan and Phyllis Dixon of Brockville. Brother-in-law to Earl (Sandi) of Lyn, Arnold (Brenda) of North Augusta, Nelson of Edmonton, Donna Worden (Darrell), Dolores Brown (Kevin), and Roger all of Brockville, and Darlene Jones (Robert) of North Augusta. Fondly remembered by 19 nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland on Friday, January 22nd from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. and Saturday, January 23rd from 10 until 11:45 a.m. Officers and Members of Sussex Lodge #5, G.R.C., are requested to gather for a Masonic Memorial Service Saturday at 11:45 a.m. after which a Ceremony in Celebration of Bill's life will be held in the Chapel at 12 noon. Interment in the spring at Blue Church Cemetery. In remembrance, donations to the Ottawa Rehabilitation Centre, the Sussex Masonic Lodge, the Quentin Robert Jones Endowment Fund at CHEO or the Ottawa Heart Institute will be gratefully acknowledged.
