Allan Dale Kirby

KIRBY, Allan Dale Passed away peacefully at his home in Newcastle, surrounded by family, after a short, hard fought battle with cancer, on Tuesday, June 5th, 2018 at the age of 70. He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife and best friend Wenda of 28 years. Loving father of Tracy (Frank) and Terry (Natalie). Devoted papa of Anton, Aiden, Quinten, Alexys and Lilliann. Much loved son of James and Matilda Kirby. Dear brother of Kerri. Cherished son-in-law of Doreen Aston and brother-in-law of Wayne and Warren. Allan will be greatly missed by extended family, his Toros hockey family and many friends. A special thank you to all of the staff at the Lakeridge Health Oshawa Cancer Centre and Paramed for all their wonderful care and support. Visitation will be held at the NEWCASTLE FUNERAL HOME, 386 Mill St. S. Newcastle (905-987-3964) on Monday, June 11th, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the chapel at 12:00 noon.
