LAFONTAINE, Bonnie Joan passed peacefully on May 15th, 2019 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville, surrounded by family. 16 year resident of Wilmot Creek Community, retired employee of Oshawa Public Library where she made many lasting friendships. Beloved Wife of Roger for 26 years. Much loved Mom and Step-mom to Jamie (Anita), Brett (Shelli), Jennifer (Paul), Michelle, Jackie (Leonard), John and the late Rick. Cherished Grandma to Grahame, Tommy, Max, Devon, Sam, Jeff, Rick Jr., Gord, Ryan, Kyle, Nathan, Shari and Matt. Dear sister to Norma (David). Loving Aunt to Erica (Ralph), Shannon (Monica), Wayne Jr. and Great Aunt to Taylor, Justin and Sebastian. Bonnie will be deeply missed by her great-grandchildren. Remembered fondly by all of her friends and family. A celebration of life will take place at NEWCASTLE FUNERAL HOME on Sunday June 23rd, 2019 from 1:00 – 4:00 P.M.
