RITCHIE, EDWIN JOHN passed peacefully on the morning of Friday September 25th 2015 at the age of 85. Loving husband to Lorraine (nee: Niblett) Cherished father to Ted, Chris, Janette, and Michele. Beloved poppy and great-poppy to Jason, Lisa, Tyler, Ashley, Colton, William, Stephanie, Jonathan, Luke, Shyla and Brayden. Ted will be sorely missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. Visitation will take place at NEWCASTLE FUNERAL HOME 386 Mill St. S., Newcastle 905-987-3769 on Wednesday September 30 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm. Funeral will take place on Thursday October 1st at 11 am with visitation one hour prior to the service. In memory of Ted donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
