FREE, Catherine “Kitty” Florence Gracie (Turner) – It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Catherine (Kitty) Florence Gracie Free (nee Turner), at the age of 99, who died peacefully with family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Herbert Free. Loving mother of Leatha (late George Young), Rene (Jim Billyard), Ted (Linda), Tom (Deb) and Catherine (William McInnes). Cherished grandmother of 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild and aunt to Jerry Turner. Predeceased by her siblings Edmund (Alma), Robert (Lois) and Bessy. Catherine (Kitty) loved to sing in the church choir and sang Sunday afternoons on CKTB radio. She loved to garden, spend time with her friends and family. She will be sadly missed by her family, but has lived a wonderful, full life and is now with her Lord and Saviour rejoicing in His presence. The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St., Niagara Falls, on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A private family burial to take place in Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Fonthill. A service and luncheon to celebrate the life of Catherine, will be held at Grace Gospel Church, 5855 Valley Way, Niagara Falls, (corner of Portage and Valley Way) on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 11 a.m. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to either Grace Gospel Church or Canadian Baptist Women of Ontario and Quebec.
