WALLACE, Clair Earle - Passed away peacefully at GNGH on Tuesday June, 12, 2018 at the age of 92. Beloved husband of Elsie (Paterson) for 66 years. Loving father of Sandra (Barry) Brady, Greg (Yvonne) Wallace, Cheryl (Lloyd) Wallace-Sevack. Adored grandfather of Matthew, Megan, Adam, Janelle, Alexine, Lauren and Jenna. Cherished great-grandfather to Claire, Rose, Tate, James, Oscar and Zara. Clair always took a deep personal interest in family. He found the uniqueness in each of them and supported them in their choices. He was proud to be a Maritimer and a pioneer employee of TCA (later Air Canada). The latter lead to numerous spontaneous trips and adventures. He enjoyed being active and participated in lawn bowling, ten pin bowling, curling and golfing. Clair lead by example with his quiet strength. The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St., on Monday, June, 18th from 6-8 pm and Tuesday, June 19th from 10- 11am. A service to celebrate the life of Clair will be held in the chapel following on Tuesday at 11 am conducted by Rev. Harvey Tobey. A private family interment will be held at a later date.
