MCMANUS, John (Jack) – Jack passed away peacefully at home in Niagara Falls in his 93rd year on Thursday November 16, 2017. Beloved husband of 62 years, of the late Irene McManus (May 22, 2011). Dear father of David and his wife Debi of Newcastle, ON and Irene and Mike Schmidt of Beamsville, ON. He is survived by his brother Colin of Hamilton, ON. Grandfather of Michael (Sherri), Keith (Amy), Allison (David), Andrea (John) and Craig (Kristi); great grandfather of seven and great-great grandfather of one. Jack was born in Glasgow, Scotland and immigrated to Canada in 1957. Jack enjoyed many things in life – soccer, golf, bowling, but had the most joy spending time with and watching his family grow. Rest in peace Dad, you are now with Mom the love of your life, until we meet again. A celebration of Jack’s life will be held at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, on Monday, November 20th at 2 p.m.; visitation one-hour prior.
