Randy Marshall Niagara Falls, Ontario Obituary

Randy Marshall

MARSHALL, Randy Robert - It is with profound sadness that Randy’s family announce his passing at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Sunday May 27, 2018 at the age of 56. Devoted father of Luke and Jake. His pride in them had no bounds. Beloved son of Sonya Marshall. Dear brother of Mike (Amy) Marshall and Brad (Amy) Marshall. Caring uncle of Katie, Andrew and Kristin. Predeceased by his father Robert “Bob” Marshall, his brother Timothy and most recently his very special aunt Linda Desjardins. Randy was a long time Hydro employee and was a lover of sports all his life. He was an avid hockey player playing into his 50’s. In High School he played quarterback in football and played basketball for Westlane Secondary School. He was a zealous reader, observer of life and had an innate quality for one liners. He was the one we relaxed with, realized a dog could kiss you and you wouldn’t get sick, you could cross the street long before you old enough to get married. Without you we never could have survived the hydro moves. As said by Ann Landers – he was a middle child, a tough spot in the family. He cried less, had more patience, wore faded hand-me-downs, and never in his life had anything first. The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St. Niagara Falls Saturday June 2, 2018 from 2 to 4 pm. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to the Canadian Tire Jump Start Program or a charity of one’s choice. Memories, photos and condolences may be shared at www.morseandson.com
