Alberico Fiorini

Passed away with family by his side on Monday September 25, 2017, at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of the late Bianca Fiorini. Loving father of Silvana Massa (Fedele), Francesco (Luisa), Angelo (Glenna), Andrew (Tammie), and the late Vincenzo Fiorini, dear father-in-law of Lena. Cherished Nonno of 11 grandchildren, and proud great grandfather of 6. Alberico will also be dearly missed by his devoted companion Giuseppina “Joe”, her daughter Julia, and his extended family and many friends. Brother of Mario (Italia), Lucia (Italia), Iolanda (Guelph), Anna (Oshawa) and families. A heartfelt “Thank-You” to Dr. Kassirer, his intern, and especially Deanna for her thoughtful care and dedication, also, the nursing staff in the continuing care unit for the love and care they provided. Friends may call at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME 124 King Street East, Oshawa, for visitation on Thursday September 28th from 2pm-4pm & 7pm-9pm, with rosary at 8pm. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church on Friday September 29th at 10:30am. Interment at Resurrection Catholic Mausoleum. Memorial donations are appreciated to the Canadian Cancer Society or the R.S. McLaughlin Cancer Centre.
